Precision Process and Intelligent Control

Equipped with a constant-temperature chocolate curtain coating system, it supports six coating effects, including dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and mixed-color swirls. The filling ratio can be intelligently adjusted between 15% and 35%, with a daily production capacity of 100,000 to 150,000 units. The entire line features visual inspection and weight sorting modules, ensuring a coating integrity rate of over 99%. It is particularly suitable for standardized mass production of plant-based protein energy balls, functional nutritional snacks, and clean-label health foods
